Sharing arteries
Connecting my heart with others
Creating one life force
Together we're family

Explosion!
Burst open at the chest
Leaving ribs dripping fresh blood
Hanging out of broken skin

Keep bleeding my love
Surgery will take time
Emptying my heart
Hollow not whole

Refresh me my loved ones
Share your warmth with me
Block the draining of my blood
To a limp cause

Rebirth me and I'll rebirth you
Put cheered lines on faces
Sharing hearts holding hands
Whole not hollow

Across our breasts are scars
From lost ones breaking
An artery
Long and ever lasting
