Ridged
The ice slipped on the car,
The water went to the clouds,
The liquor stayed in the bar,
The singer dispelled the crowds.
Backwards forwards in a world alone.
And never is straight in it's intentions.
Like driver's ed, you hit every cone.
And you stop yourself from abstentions.
Alone fears you being with everyone.
So it bars you in with the intricate cage.
So it keeps you from all the carefree fun.
Now you're never alone, they're always there.
Only leave you if you leave them too.
And come back with only a blank stare.
But you know they're important, they love you.
