myself- I'm many things that you can't label, so you can't label me.

Do you see that girl over there?
The one that seems without a care

Do you see that she lies?
Too many people have told her good bye

Do you see the make up she wears is a mask?
That so many don’t see past

Do you see the tracks of tears on her face?
That no fake smile can erase

Do you see her pain?
It’ll take a good person to make it wane

Do you see how sad she is when no one looks to deep?
Cause she cries herself to sleep

Do see that she needs a friend?
One that’ll never leave her in the end

Do you see that girl over there?
The one that seems without a care

I wrote this poem because it represents girls that hide themselves from the world. girls who need a true friend.
