I look back
And see nothing behind me
Only pairs of footsteps that bitterly stab me
I look back
I simply can't stand it
OH NO NO MORE!
Their time WILL come
I look back
Making it this far
It's a book in the making
And those footsteps behind me
I know are always failing
Because when I look forward
I only see me
in 1st place
And those footsteps behind me
Are STUCK in dead last place
