Yummy, soft thing I'm going to eat you up because you look so good!

Evil person, I'm going to bite you hard because you've made me mad!

While near my friend Alysha, I had uttered the words,"Oh, you are just so cute! I just wanna eat you up!" after seeing a baby. She, who had never before heard such a phrase, was appalled. In her opinion this was like saying,"I'm gonna smash a butterfly!" or "I'm gonna kick a puppy!" Therefore inspiring this poem...
