Waves of change and grace,
Take me from shining heavens,
To the burning underworld,
Waves of love,
Killed by hate,
Destroyed by frustration,
Then overcome by sympathy,
And ultimately back again,
In a never-ending wheel of summits and plunges…

It's short, but I've been experimenting with free conscience poems and this is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy.
