"They say time is the fire in which we burn."

They say the average pencil can write over 50,000 english words, but who really has that much to say?
They say the average shoe can travel over 500 miles in its lifetime, but who has that far to travel?
They say the average person kisses 28 people in their lifetime, but who has that much love to give?
They say that by the age of sixty, one will have lost half of their taste buds, but what has been left un-sampled by that age?
They say that there are 45 miles of nerves in the human body, but who feels that deeply?
They say we will never again be who we are right now, but who notices their own metamorphosis?
