I am the Woman
I’m the society’s sweet pie,
The forbidden one,
Everyone wants a piece of my irresistible self,
My hard crust is the beauty they fall for,
My strong shield,
The barrier that keeps me from flowing into the wrong paths,
But, I’m more than that,
There is more to me than what feeds the eyes of yours,
My inner jello like custard,
Is the attraction for only a few,
The special few who understand,
That a woman is more that high heels and red lipstick,
She is not just another hanger for good looks,
I won’t get sliced up,
And you won’t break me apart,
I’m determined and strong,
And with my heels I can conquer the world,
I have a place everywhere,
A place to rise and shine,
Above you all I will stay,
Till you say it out loud,
Accept that I am as strong as you,
I am not just a soul-full mannequin,
I am big and alive.
