What keep closing are my eyes
For wishes and hopes for a disguise
The pain, heartache, heartbreak, and demise
I bet you didn’t know the truth lies

It’s easier to think than it is to talk
Now it’s easier to run (away) than it is to walk
What the good things are, are always chosen not to stalk
What draws the dead body is only the white chalk

What keep closing are my eyes
For wishes and hopes for a disguise
The rumors, shocks, discoveries, and demise
I bet you didn’t know the truth lies
When the day gets to lonely and road gets long
When weakness is a sickness and you aren’t strong
When the right turns left and it also turns wrong
Also it keeps and picks you up and plays a sad song

What keep closing are my burning eyes
For wishes and more hopes of a new disguise
The lies, jealousy, stunners, and demise
I bet you didn’t know that everyone makes the truth lie
