The Archway To Nature
We walked through the archway and there it was.
Nature.
It was so beautiful, the trees, the rushing water.
The salmon trying to make it up the river.
I looked to the trees and realized that the trees have been there for years.
Watching the salmon come home.
Like they were their own children,
They lean over the river to protect their children.
The dead fish lie there lifeless: they were unable to finish the journey.
Slowly making their own grave.
While the little eggs sit in the rocks waiting to make the journey that their parents made.
The journey of their life's!!
