The Last Run
Staring out the window
Wondering when it will end
Earlier I was zipping through the snow
Now I must endure these curves and bends
I just went on a skiing trip
I was in a cabin where it snowed
The only part I would rather skip
Is driving down this road
We zoom along and my stomach lurches
We halt to a stop, ever so abrupt
I pray to God and all his churches
Hoping that I don’t throw up
Uh oh, I suddenly feel really bad
Pull the car over and let me out, quick!
Sister, Brother, Mom, and Dad
I’m definitely going to be sick
