Forever I sit
Here at this table
Eternally waiting
Waiting for something.
Someone.
A sign?
A signal?
Waiting for something.
Someone.
Unknown
Unwritten.
Something to help me
On my way
Stuck between
Life and Death
Heaven and Earth
People come
People go
Some acknowledge me
Others pass by
Some sit like me
Waiting forever
In between existence
Most have gone on.
Where?
I do not know
But I sit here
At this table
Eternally waiting.
