Emptiness of the mindset

What is the underlying purpose?

There's no euphoria in solitude
no romance in emptiness
We are but prisoners
prisoners of our mentality

Walls are created for entrapment, nothing less

Who am i to exist or to be
The individual is no one
no one will ever be someone

sorrow becomes one with exasperation
desperation is confusion
angst deteriorates into misery

A brief whisper that we are no one
a weary serenade woes the soul
we became the vast nothingness of existence
