what doesn\\\'t kill you makes you stronger..unless it does kill you. then you have nothing to worry about.

I lean heavily against the sink
Staring deeply into the face before me
But the face is not mine
I do not know her
I do not want to
The smile she wears is so forced
Mine flows naturally
Her eyes are dull and distant
Mine shine brightly with happiness
Her expression’s
So fake
So unreal
So lost
Mine is as perfectly positive as the rest of me
So why is she standing there?
Looking at me
“Smiling” at me
Masking everything that’s real
Why won’t she leave me?
Simple. She cannot.
She is me.
I am her.
No. Not at all.
She is who I’ve become
Who I hate
Who I’m scared of
Who I can never escape…
