Flames to Ashes

The stillness inside,
broken up and dying nearby,
The waves have come,
The peace is gone,
The world has turned my insides out.

This pain can't last so long,
There must be a time when the world grows warm,
A time and place where the love harbors in,
and life can begin again.

Now all that is here,
Is emptiness,lost hopes,
The fire inside to gray,
From flames to ashes,
My world crashes.
