I fall to my knees
in defeat.
I shake
as sweat drips from my brow.
Your so powerful
it's an ongoing battle,
a full fledged war,
between the two of us.
You claim you shall win,
I believe you will,
because I've completely given up on myself.
You've taken control of every part of me,
and your my ruler now.
I do what you say,
anything to please you, dear.
Another blow
and I think I've completely crumbled,
but I muster up enough strength
to raise my head.
To see the cruel figure you've become,
and to look my destroyer in the face
for the last time.
Tears stream down my cheeks
and I'm bloody and broken from the beatings.
But I make no noise,
in fact for a moment
there is peace between us.
For a moment
I can see in your eyes, agony
and realization.
Relization of the fact that you
actually used to love me.
I'm sure the same is found
in my eyes.
But hatred overtakes us now,
so I close my eyes
to be defeated.
