Two worlds
This is harder than I thought
Trying to resist all the temptations that present themselves in front of me
I don’t want to fail like they did
As I sit here writing
I know
All eyes are on me
Waiting
Patiently
For me to fail
I can’t…
But I have my feet in between these two worlds
That can’t come together… at all
Because that’s when they’ll know I failed
Just knowing that one day these two lives I live will be swept out under my feet
Is freighting
My two worlds will collide
Meeting each other
They’ll compile on top of me
My own fault because I always wanted more…
