For the Love of Everything
Borne of an empty summer's day
smoothie making became an art to stay
run to the store and grab the fruit
run home with arms full of loot

If they're ready to eat throw them in
 a little sugar isn't a sin
if it's ripe and juicy give it a toss
too much fruit is never a loss

 chilly, tangy, quirky and sweet
everything smoothies are hard to beat
 no one cares about ingredients
as long as they bring forth merriment

 prickly pear, mangoes, raspberries,
 papaya, banana, and ice
blueberries, coconut, and so much more
mix into the spiral of fruity allure

 Everything smoothie:
 16 ice cubes
 3 tbsp. sugar
 1 mango
 1/4 pt. blueberries
 1/4 pt. raspberries
 1/4 pt. blackberries
 1 frozen banana
 1/2 papaya
 1 prickly pear
 2 kiwis
 6 lychee nuts
 1/4 tsp. almond extract
 1/2 cup coconut meat
