We are lost

Every vein stands out, red
for a moment, glowing
then we drop, smooth and fluid
As a diver into a black pool. We fall
Quick ripples spread. Concentric circles form our entrance
In the water every muscle relaxes
Sinking into the bliss of endless cool
There is no up. No down.
Eyes not opened, yet not closed.
Everything. Just there. Being.
Arms spread, we drift
No resistance. Nothing to beat.
Darkness is all around
But we encompass more.
