The Sky Is Blue

grasp
these purple skies
clouds
above
starlings
their tails violet in the
light of the sun as it falls
orange the distant trees
always this way?
flying clouds travel
west
to the setting of
all the starlings
their beaks arrows to the East
origin of all the sun at the
West the purple clouds dance so
wildly with
orange trees
did I never notice
that the sky is blue?
