I think
That once,
Just once
Everyone should
Fall in Love.

It doesn't have to be
A Love felt for another person.
No,
It could be for something else.
Like Nature, or
Words, or
Music, or
Maybe even people in general.

Everyone needs
Something.
Something to be
Passionate about.
Something they can
Live, and
Breathe, and
Most importantly,
BE.

THAT is Love.
When you are willing to
Live,
Breathe, and
BE something,
There is not a doubt
That you Love it.

So Live your Life.
Breathe the Air.
And, most importantly,
BE Yourself.

The author's comments:
All teenagers, like myself, have faced a sort of identity crisis at some point, when they ask themselves "Who am I?" and wonder just what their lives would've been like if they'd chosen a different path. If they'd had different friends when they were younger. If they'd studied for that math test last Thursday, and other things like that. This poem is about not being afraid of doing or being what you Love. It's about making your own decisions, and being yourself. Because you are in control of your own life, and can't blame others for the good or bad that becomes of it.
