Some days I wonder
which of your words are lies.
Some days I question
whether the actions you take are really for me.
Some days I hope
that you are really on my side.
Some days I wish
that I knew your real goals.
Some days I think
that everything you are is a lie.
Some days I believe
that you are nothing more than a fraud.
Some days I know
I have no choice but to trust you.
Some days I recognize
that you are all that stands between me and devastation.
