Walking through the field of cherry blossoms
Memories of heartbreak
Fill my mind
The heart is left bleeding
Broken
As the leaves float to the ground
The heart takes its last beat
And the heart becomes a winter cold
Before it is brought back to love
Memories of heartbreak
leave my mind
as the field of cherry blossoms
get lost in time

I was in English class and we are reading about the war when Japan separated Korea. It made me think of a book I read during the first semester of school about cherry trees. I was going through a rough time. And these words just flew from my mind (:
