The Darkest Room

The unheard hushed sounds...
That spin me round and round.
Looking to walk on stable ground.
I turn...I look, but cannot escape.

My room is empty except for boxes and tape.
The sick taste of ink.
I think of death and sink.

Darkness is closing in.
On hungry nights that end in fights.
Just another bite into a pink raw delight.

I am good...Ha...I am great!
But there you stand full of hate.
I'm not ready for Death.
Nor his assistance in Life.
It's nice to know I have a God who loves me!
I try ignoring the pain but even in his name I still feel weak.
I want to leave!
Like I want to sleep for a week or two.
Wishing that my sky was blue...
It rains!
Hard and steady...It kills.
It's like it shouldn't exist!
I call it...
The candle lit holloway.
For in this place...People stall all day wishing their life away.

I ask you to turn away...
Because further down this hallway floor you will find The Devil waiting from behind a door.

He begs for Sin and is close friends with Death. Both want to medal in your life. He is the voice on the left shoulder. They will tell you to trust in them.
Your a boulder and will not sit down.

They tell you that your disobedience will make you a clown, but really they are trying to bring you down.
