My First Mission Trip
Throwing things into my suitcase, My parents and I headed to the airport in a chase.
Airtran was headed to Atlanta at 2:47 PM, We got on the airplane and the lights were dim.
Our plane landed in Atlanta safe and sound, Not one nervous passenger was to be found.
There was a two-hour layover until our next flight, When we landed in Phoenix it was already night.
We finally took off for our final destination in Arizona, It felt like we were just in Daytona!
It seemed as though the engines were screaming at us, But nobody really thought to make a fuss.
By the time we landed it was 1 AM our time, A three hour drive to the mission should've been a crime.
We finally pulled in at 4 AM and tired, We threw sheets on our beds and the adults admired.
