To be Me and To Be So Thin
Some would say it’s attractive some would say I’m somewhat scant
Some may become bewildered or even sympathetic
It’s hard to stay impassive when people feel they’ve done nothing wrong
The effects of this becomes damaging after all.
I am me and I am thin but that is not all you should see.
I wrote this today to tell you it is not okay to talk of someone’s outward appearance in such a way.
There is more than meets the eye so don’t be strayed.

Liz is a beautiful young lady for many reasons. She is externally pleasing to look at, she is smart, she has a dry humor, and she dedicated to be the person she wants to be.
She is correct it is no more acceptable to say "Oh dear your so fat" than "Oh dear your so thin". She has always been angered about strangers feeling the need to make comment on her appearance.
