Tears of a Lost Love

I am the teardrop, chosen in this sad moment
Running down the cheek of a heartbroken teenager
One who cares for another, a feeling that only two can share.
As I run down this cheek, in my vision I see, a beautiful green eye shedding a tear just like me
As I take this journey, for some reason I see promises, memories that would and could be
But then I see a happiness that was and still is
A happiness that is shared with a hug and a kiss
A happiness filled with memories, memories of bliss
