Magic Mirror
The time has come for me to know,
So with life I can onward go.
Magic mirror don’t lie to me,
Please tell what you see.
Do you see never ending halls
Surrounded by obsolete walls?
Do you see golden tassels
Leading to mystical castles?
Do you see dark scary skies
Followed by panicked cries?
Do you see shining stairs
Climbing to the chair?
The mirror has no reply,
And I can’t help but wonder why.
The answer is still not clear,
And I listen but fail to hear.
Magic mirror don’t lie to me,
Please tell me what you see.
“Time is the only thing that can tell,
Just keep faith and all will be well.”
