After the sun simmers down
And all the lights are out,
The country made prettier only by you.
I waited all day to hold your image in my mind
I’ve endured all of the necessary pain of the day
And now it is time we escape from the world for now.
These few minutes I have with you, I will cherish forever
Behold, the sight of you makes me weak.
Your beauty frightens all women, there is no comparison.
At night, I am alive.
At night, I feel like the world is not a challenge.
At night, you make my day.
