cut my hands on broken glass
trying to climb through your window
but i guess i took too long ‘cause
you’re off to 7-11 to pick up
milk or pop tarts or some other mundane crap
so it looks like i get to bleed slowly to death
on your floor.

sorry about the mess.

I love the ending, and the way you add the ordinary things in life into the poem, such as 7-11, really brings out the lack of special attention and the normacy of the situation XD
