I wonder
I wonder how long it'll take to not fall apart every time I hear your name,
especially from my lips.
I wonder how long it'll take for me not to wonder what you're doing,
every second of every day.
I wonder how long it'll take for me to forgive you for leaving,
when you made me believe you never would.
Most of all,
I wonder how long it'll take for me to forgive myself being your first scar.

We do not remember days, we remember moments.
Expect the unexpected.
Life will always through you curves. Just keep fouling them off. The right pitch will come. And when it does, be prepared to run the bases.
