Moon Dance

We danced to a rhythm so infectious and it was the night magic became the foundation of our lives
We began to keep tabs on the things we had once lost track of due to the flashing lights and midnight frights
We had our times of being afraid and we had our times of being ashamed, neither you nor I had been one to blame
So we danced under the moonlight and broke out of our stuffy shells, we danced all night…we danced so well
Of all the nights we chose to fly from America to France, we picked the perfect night to gracefully encounter the Moon Dance
