Again Awaken
Taking a breath in, to me,
Has nothing against eternity.
We close our tired eyes and rest our heavy head;
Slowly down until consumed by the bed.
In the morning, we will inevitably wake,
But nothing really is at stake.
For if we wrong the day,
All we must do is lay.
We lay again and again,
We waken- just another day taken.
So, live or die?
Why should anyone bother to try?
Aren’t we but a mist that sprays and fades?
Oh…how my heart will always sink
By the way this life makes me think.
Forfit!- I give!- forever and never again will I live.
