Running
from nightmares
in her head
each piece
broken like
a trees limb
or branch
flying quickly
to the ground
without a thought
about it
closing in
on each
and every
thought
the person
is thinking
each moment
at a time
vanishing
by the
change of thought
of her mind.

The author's comments:
I love running and I have nightmares so I put two together. And I also like trees and unique things that I have put into this poetry I have written. I hope that people can understand what is inside a person's mind when there dreaming and how vivid dreams can be.
