A Brother, A Friend

When you have something to say,
you speak your mind.
And you are not afraid.
When I hold to much in,
that I keep from
everybody else,
I turn to you
and tell you all of it
Why, is what
you may ask.
Because you are my
friend and a brother to me.
That is my answer.
I trust you enough
to put my life
in your hands.
You are my friend
and a brother.
And so I say “ I love you”,
but when I say this,
I mean as a friend
and a brother
type of love.
