For an hour I forgot my fear of rain,
and I danced,
For an hour I closed my eyes from your gaze,
and for an hour I was free.
For an hour I breathed,
and felt the pull and stretch of muscle,
the graceful movements, the energy of life.
Then the music died,
and I open my eyes to the real world.
