I love you like the shark stalks its pray
You love me like a fallen star
We sit on a bench pretending not to care
You still sit as I walk away
I stay with you for one reason that’s sure
You threat to cause yourself pain
We were never in love from the start
You never left my hand
I stop all the mess before it starts
You were on the news for death
We will never be together
But I will never forget.
