The sun shines through my window waking me up
I smile as the thought of you comes flooding back.
The way you laugh with not a care in the world
Butterflies in my stomach,
Knees becoming weak.
I cannot help but smile
Every time our lips met.
You opened your heart to me
As I did the same for you.
Each moment by your side
The connection grows
Too strong for me to every want to leave you.
You looked at me with eyes like glass
Never did I expect to hear the words come from you.
