Our Rain
I find myself under
Your dark clouds
Beating me with their beautiful thunder
Blue skies reside
Across my path
Above the ones in which I confide
I could run
From this, from you
But in a sick way,
I like this place too
I enjoy this rain
Even when it hails
I think I love this pain
I wanted out
I wanted to stay
This darkness is beautiful
I never did like the day
This crashing thunder
that I now find my self beneath
Brings me a sadistic wonder
We had to leave
The destruction of our storm
A loss and a gain
One we will both mourn
I wish you well
Don't turn back
Don't run back into this hell
I will find my way home
