You're confusing but sweet,
your arguments can't be beat.
You believe in yourself,
you dont let anyone else block your way,
what can I say..

I just wanna be near you,
in my dreams i can hear you
calling my name
when I wake up its never the same.

People say to try it,
but I still can't seem to buy it,
what do they see when it comes to
you and me..

The author's comments:
What inspired me to write this was a boy I know, and all my mixed up feelings about him. We will always remain friends, but sometimes I need to express my feelings somehow and thats where this poem came in.
