life is a violin.
Maple, Spruce, Ebony, Willow, it breathes.
chin rest to body to bridge to f-holes(not
those)to fingerboard to pegs: a body.

kinetic energy from the Bow heats the strings
to Managua. or in a vacuum flask.
weather cools the body
to Fairbanks. or in a vacuum flask.

intonation maybe out, but if We’re all flat, what does it really matter?

it captivates, every instant, every time.
there is, here and there, one who does
not. but many will amaze!me.

when close to a flame, it burns
Well
off when it is comfortable.

strings will break and we continue
to Play.
& if we do, the world turns just the same so
don’t fret: strings are easy to replace.

(its Sound wakes my ears to my ears and its Bow
my eyes to my eyes. as well as
my heart to my heart
and my heart to every heart).
