You thought it was normal.
It’s not.
You thought it was cold.
It’s hot.
You thought you were cool.
You’re strange.
You thought you were sane.
You’re deranged.
We’re all a bit crazy, so it seems.
But if we’re all crazy, what does the word mean?

One day I got home from school, and was inspired to write this piece. I think those are the best poems: the ones that just flow off the pen and make you smile after you read them again.
