My View of Silence
Whomever said "Silence is golden"
didn't know
the true fun of craziness and laughter

Whoever appreciates silence
appreciates nothing
everything is taken for granted
by whomever appreciates
silence

quiet is unbearable
noise is reliable
for it is proof that there are living [things]

Silence brings out the sad memories
that we try to ignore
we need noise to move on and distract us

appreciate
love noise

because one day
I guarantee
you will miss it

Silence isn't golden

The author's comments:
"My View on Silence" is a poem about my feelings on silence. I believe silence doesn't make peace, peace makes silence. To make peace, there must be words.
