As I sit in meditation
My mind starts to drift away
Analyzing what has been happening to me today
All the emotions cruising through my body
The unresolved conflict
The rested drama
The lies and truth
The false realities so many want me to believe
As the oxygen enters my lungs
I feel the calming effect over my body
But the calm does not last long
The sounds of life inter fear with my concentration
Life moves to fast to to stay calm
To fast to ignore it all
