One Single Rose.

By , Eau Claire., WI
My eyes slowly rise,
Upon one single rose.

It's sitting on the table,
Falling apart one day at a time.

My eyes then fall,
Upon my beating heart.

It's resting in my chest,
Breaking apart one day at a time.

So many months it's been,
Since the day we walked away.

Turned our backs,
And broke our hearts.

One single rose, dying.
One single heart, healing.

I hope that nothing has happened that has caused your heart to break, but your writing is amazing. If something did happen, i hope everything works out =)

If you get a chance, take a look at my work.
