Rainbow in Blue
A moment of lucidity, light through raging clouds
Everything falling in place, like little raindrops
My mind puddling in an endless applause
Outstretching through, spreading the blue
Blurring the view, in a soothing blindness
Transverse waves, propelled by emotion
Gasping bubbles of air, you live underwater
You know you don’t belong to the ocean
Pressure increases as you sink to the bottom
Over you, sunlight dancing in the surface
The river tunneled its way through the mountain
Effort and time combining successfully so that
Stone is withered, boundaries overthrown
As dreams accomplished hover in the air
A twinkling rainbow breaking through
Another survivor, just like you
