Punishment

Succeding,
isn't believing,
so why do you try,
to succed?

Push me,
in the right direction,
don't drive me there.

listen to me,
with respect,
remembering,
who i am.

help me,
make the right desions,
don't make them,
for me.

punish me,
knowing,
i want to cut.
knowing,
you aren't making me understand,
punish me,
by not shoving blame,
in my face.

show me,
the right path,
by punishing me,
the right way.

The author's comments:
I wrote this poem, when i had gotten grounded for 6 weeks. I gave it to my parents, in hope they would understand how I felt. It was to hard for me to tell them, so i wrote it.
