I try not to think
I try not to think.
Yet I sit here and think about the world.
I sit here and wonder.
I wonder what will happen in my future.
I think about what I do in the present.
I replay what I did in the past.
Some things I can’t remember.
Some things are so clear I can repeat exactly what happened.
Some memories haunt me while I dream.
Others while I’m wide awake.
Sometimes I scream to myself how much I hate thinking.
Thinking too much can destroy some ones
Life, career, peace.
Can drive them crazy.
Thinking can bring all of those emotions back.
All of those fading scar.
Those tears.
Like I said
I try not to think.
