Orange
The Bright Orange glow mirror the bright rays of the golden majesty the sun
The drops of Citrus smell like drops of uncontained joy
As I take a bite memories rush in memories of a warm summer day the birds chirping just me and my orange
As the Alenjando skin covered in pores sheds its skin for me
I see the fruit of the gods I can’t but take a bite of the lustrous golden globe
I stop to savor the sweet tantalizing taste more pure then chocolate
The small wedges separate themselves for me like an intricate puzzle and yet to my great distress yet joy I’m to the last piece a flood of paradoxes flood my mind but finally I reach to take a bite I don’t want my love affair to end but how I crave that last slice.
