Sleeping Through The Storm

Dark Days
and rainy nights
fill the open sky
clouds swoop over head
as I open up my eyes
rain drops start to trickle down
from the pitch black sky
they soak the ground
as you step around
the puddles in you mind
I open up my weary eyes
and the dark skies
don't fill my eyes
the suns out
I SCREAM AND SHOUT
while looking around with gleeful eyes
